Trauma-Informed Practice & Crisis Skills
March 24 | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM ET
2-Hour Session | CEUs Available*
Trauma is widespread and often unseen. Across West Virginia, children, teens, individuals and families experience adversity that shapes behavior and engagement in ways that are easily misunderstood.
This training equips professionals to recognize trauma responses, respond appropriately within their role and reduce re-traumatization across systems. Participants gain clarity on trauma-informed practice, risk indicators and when to refer for trauma-specific treatment.
Because trauma-informed care isn’t just what we know, it’s how we show up. And how we show up changes outcomes.
*You will receive 2 CEUs for attending the full live virtual training. CEUs are valid for individuals in West Virginia who have a social work license or are licensed professional counselors (LPC).
